Gift voucher conditions
- The gift vouchers are issued by accommodation/restaurant and are exclusively exchangeable for purchases from or services by accommodation/restaurant.
- The gift vouchers and/or balance on them cannot be exchanged for money. The gift voucher balance must be used to make the next payment for purchases from or services by accommodation/restaurant, who will provide a new gift voucher for the balance.
- The consumer is entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with Article VI 47 of the Code on Economic Law. This applies only to the purchase of this gift voucher. Based on the right of revocation, the consumer can still revoke this purchase free of charge and without giving any reasons within fourteen calendar days following the purchase of this gift voucher. The consumer can do this free of charge by completing the sample revocation form and returning it by letter or email to the email address from the accommodation/restaurant. The sample form can be found at ... accommodation/restaurant will re-transfer the money to the consumer’s bank account within 14 days after the duly completed sample form has been received.
- www.younight.com is a service provided by NV STARDEKK, which provides hosting services in accordance with Article XII 19 §1 of the Code on Economic Law. NV STARDEKK is not a contracting party of the consumer and excludes any liability with regard to any form of direct or indirect damage that the consumer suffers or has suffered pursuant to the use of its website, application and/or the purchase of a gift voucher.
